Non-Refundable Situations

Additionally, refunds are not available for services that have already been used or activated for more than 48 hours.
For resellers, commissions and reseller credits are also non-refundable once the balance has been loaded or used to activate client subscriptions. We recommend managing reseller balances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
